Howick & Pakuranga Community Houses Incorporated (HPCH), operates two community houses in the Howick Pakuranga areas; Highland Park and Anchorage Park Community Houses.
The board is supported and funded by Auckland Council and the Howick Local Board to operate the two houses for the community and their surrounding areas.
Highland Park Community House can be found in the heart of a diverse Highland Park Community. It is situated on the main arterial road, Aviemore Drive. It has a large car park, a disabled park, secure bicycle parking, plenty of on- street parking and backs onto Lloyd Elsmore Park and walkway.
It is home to a wide range of support, craft and recreational groups and offers regular educational classes including, English, Mandarin and Defensive Driving courses.
Highland Park Community House has 4 rooms for hire including a clinic for holistic consultation services.
New clients including business and community groups are most welcome to call in and see what we can offer.
Highland Park Creche is situated onsite and is run independently.

Anchorage Park Community House is situated next door to Anchorage Park Primary School on Swan Crescent in Pakuranga. It is approx 1 km away from the Pakuranga Plaza.
The house has two large rooms for hire, off street parking and is home to a wide range of support, craft, recreational and spiritual groups.
