ENROLMENT POLICY: To be eligible for enrolment in our subsidised classes, all students at the time of enrolment must be either a Permanent Resident of New Zealand or a New Zealand Citizen. Proof of eligibility will be required. The course fee is required to be paid a week before class is due to commence.
REFUND POLICY: All subsided classes run by Howick and Pakuranga Community Houses Inc, have a minimum number required to run. If that number is not obtained the course will be cancelled. If this happens we will inform you immediately and refund all fees paid. If you withdraw at least 3 days before the class is due to start, we will refund your fee less a $20.00 administration charge.
Students who withdraw from any of our classes once they have commenced will not be entitled to a fee refund.
